A message dated July 2, 2012, was received stating the Governor                                                                 
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 229(JUD)                                                                                             
     "An Act relating to the duties of the Big Game Commercial                                                                  
     Services Board; relating to activities, including violations and                                                           
     penalties, under the supervision of the Big Game Commercial                                                                
     Services Board; creating a retired status license for certain retired
